Employees may establish a pre-tax savings account for dependent care up to $5,000/year and/or medical care up to $2,600/year.
403(b) Retirement Plan
Employees are eligible to contribute to the SaintA 403(b) retirement plan immediately upon starting. After completing one year of service, they become eligible for the company’s generous matching plan.
